8Telecom International Holdings: Li Jianguo was appointed chief financial officer of the Singapore-based telecoms pipe and tower manufacturer on March 28. He replaced Xiong Guohui who resigned on September 30 last year after joining just two months earlier. Li has more than 13 years of accounting and finance experience and was most recently the CFO at a subsidiary of High Fashion Group.
