ABN AMRO adds three in financial institutions

Curtis Chen, based in Hong Kong, has been named global head of non-bank financial institutions for developing markets. Chen will lead a team of relationship bankers dedicated to insurance companies, finance companies and other non-bank financial institutions in Asia, Australasia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
