Fanny Chu, appointed vice president for Greater China, joins AdSociety, a majority-owned joint venture company of Pacific Century CyberWorks PCCW, from Stareastnet.com. Prior, Chu was vice president, Greater China at Star TV, responsible for international sales focusing on Star's Phoenix Chinese Channel.
