Li comes from CMS Cameron McKenna's Bejing office where he has held the same role since 1999. His appointment will add to the corporate capability of the Bejing office where his focus will be on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, all areas of burgeoning activity in the Chinese market.

Li is a Canadian national and a qualified solicitor in England and Hong Kong, as a barrister and solicitor in Canada and a laywer in the PRC.
