International law firm CMS Cameron McKenna has appointed Suzanne Pearson (pictured right) to its Hong Kong office as partner to head its newly consolidated banking practice.
Pearson, who has previously worked in London and Singapore, has advised on a wide range of transactions from syndicated and bilateral lending, corporate loans, project finance, debt restructuring, trade finance, property and shipping finance.
Mark Badger (pictured right), who specializes in construction and engineering-related legal work, has also been appointed partner for CMS Cameron McKenna's Hong Kong office.
Badger, who has practiced in the UK and Australia, has extensive experience in advising on the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and agreements for the operation and maintenance of railways and various types of plants. His experience also includes advisory work on a number of large-scale infrastructure projects in the Asia Pacific region.
