Oil producer CNOOC returned the winnerÆs circle in 2006, with investors voting the firm ChinaÆs best managed company and best in corporate governance, one year after losing the main prize to bigger rival, PetroChina. However, this year PetroChina did win the category for the best commitment to a strong dividend payments. Computer firm Lenovo, formally known as Legend, picked up the best investor relations award, while Bank of CommunicationsÆ Yu Yali won the best CFO gong.
