JPMorgan has announced that Louis Cucciniello, currently FX options product manager for non-Japan Asia, will be assuming additional responsibilities as head of FX options trading and sales for the same area. This is a new role within the company.
In his new capacity Singapore-based Cucciniello will have product responsibility across the trading and client businesses. This includes ensuring that sales and trading work together as a single group, spearheading innovation and product development, and maximizing trading income and client value for the FX options business.
Cucciniello will, in addition to his current trading responsibilities, report to Louise Piper, regional head of sales, Asia Rates, in his overall marketing capacity and in the area of institutional investor sales. He will also report to Guido Haller, head of corporate risk advisory, for corporate client marketing and leveraging JPMorgan's investment banking platform. Marketers of JPMorgan across the non-Japan Asia sales teams will report to Cucciniello for the FX option products.
JPMorgan's Foreign Exchange Options Group ranks in the top tier among OTC (over-the-counter) and exchange traded FX option market-makers, trading options in all the major currencies and most of the liquid exotic currencies.
