Asia (ex Japan) issuers have raised a total of $700m through 6 deals this week, compared to the $500m via 18 deals in the previous week.
The largest deal of the week was an IPO by TKK Symphony Acquisition Corp for $220m via EarlybirdCpital.
Asia (ex Japan) issuers listing* in US volume reached its highest level on record with $6.4bn via 22 deals in 2018 YTD since 2015, even 30% higher than 2017 full-year with $5.0bn via 20 deals.
Same with last week, Goldman Sachs leads with $13.6bn followed by Citi with $10.7bn and Morgan Stanley with $10.0bn.

Asia (ex Japan) international DCM totaled $2.1bn via 6 deals this week, compared to $3.2bn via 8 deals in the previous week.
The largest deal of the week goes to OCBC with $725m proceeds via Credit Suisse, OCBC, and Standard Chartered.
In Asia (ex Japan) International DCM, Singaporean companies have issued the highest YTD volume this year with $21.7bn via 72 deals showing 84.6% increase from 2017 YTD ($11.8bn via 58 deals). Majority of growth is supported by growth in finance sector – $13.4bn via 28 deals this YTD compared to $6.4bn via 16 deals in 2017 YTD.
HSBC continues to lead the international DCM league with $18.2bn. This is followed by Citi with $12.2bn and Standard Chartered Bank with $10.5bn.
