Asia (ex Japan) ECM volume stands at $6.6bn via 25 deals so far this week compared to the $2.9bn via 30 deals completed in the previous week.
On September 13, Chinese issuer Meituan Dianping completed a $4.2bn IPO via consortium of 13 bookrunners in what is the largest Asia (ex Japan) ECM transaction this week.
Asia (ex Japan) TMT ECM volume reached its highest level on record with $58.4bn via 228 deals in 2018 YTD since 2012, increasing 105% than 2017 YTD with $28.4bn via 328 deals.
Goldman Sachs leads with $14.0bn followed by Citi with $11.4bn and Morgan Stanley with $10.4bn.

Asia (ex Japan) international DCM totaled $9.4bn via 15 deals this week, compared to $8.0bn via 15 deals in the previous week.
The largest deal of the week goes to Bank of China (Hong Kong) with $3bn proceeds via Bank of China, BNPP, Cinda International, Citi, GS, Guotai Junan Securities, and MS.
In Asia (ex Japan) International DCM, high-yield bonds are catching up with $39.3bn via 138 deals this YTD compared to $51.7bn via 144 deals in 2017 YTD, which was highest high-yield bond YTD volume on record.
HSBC continues to lead the international DCM league with $19.7bn. This is followed by Citi with $14.0bn and Standard Chartered Bank with $11.2bn.
