FinanceAsia held its 14th Achievement Awards dinner in Sydney this week to celebrate the winners of our annual awards for 2016. The event was sponsored by Standard & Poor's and held at our signature venue, the Park Hyatt, overlooking Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House.
The evening was also marked by the presentation of Platinum Awards as part of FinanceAsia's 20th anniversary. Representatives from ANZ, Citi and UBS received these special awards.

Some of the issuers and investors attending the dinner included senior executives from Ausnet, IFM Investors, AustralianSuper, Ausgrid, Flexigroup, Qube, Brookfield and Victorian International Container Terminals.
The trivia quiz was again won by a table of executives from ANZ this year and each received a pocket-size Gold Book of Australian Wine Vintages as a prize.
Several other guests received lucky draw prizes of a night’s accommodation at the Park Hyatt, dinner for two in the dining room and a treatment in the spa. The main lucky draw prize of a wine tasting for up to 14 clients was won by Credit Suisse.
