FinanceAsia held its annual Achievement Awards dinner in Sydney this week at our signature venue, the Park Hyatt on Sydney Harbour. More than 120 guests gathered to receive plaques for their winning efforts. Click here for the photos from the event.
Issuers, bankers and service providers gave a short speech at the podium to thank their colleagues and clients. Some of the issuers attending the dinner included senior executives from Virtus Health, Suncorp, the NSW Ports Consortium, Melbourne Airport, Wesfarmers, the AOFM, Future Fund and the Australian Infrastructure Fund.
The Google-proof trivia quiz was won by a table of executives from CIMB who each received a pocket-size Gold Book of Australian Wine Vintages as their prize.
Several other guests received lucky draw prizes of a night’s accommodation at the Park Hyatt, dinner for two in the dining room and a treatment in the spa. The main lucky draw prize of a wine tasting for up to 14 clients was won by Mark Goddard from Westpac.
