The legal department of Goldman Sachs will welcome Gigi Kit-Jong Woo to its Hong Kong office as an executive director and counsel in the IBD Legal group.
Woo comes to Goldman after a three-year stint at Deutsche Bank AG in Hong Kong. Between 2001-2004, she was legal counsel in its debt capital markets group.
Before moving to Deutsche Bank AG, Woo was employed in the Hong Kong office of Clifford Chance where she was a solicitor in the firm’s capital markets group. She resided at the firm for a three-year period between 1998-2003.
Woo was admitted to the High Court of Hong Kong and the Supreme Court of England and Wales after completing her articles at the international corporate, commercial and financing firm, Slaughter and May.
