ING shuffles Wickham

Effective June 7, Philip Wickham will relocate to ING Financial Markets Hong Kong-based market research team. Wickham has been appointed as director, debt market research, Asia and will report to the recently promoted, Tim Condon, head of financial markets research, Asia.
