Treasury consultancy firm and systems provider, Nordic Financial Systems (NFS), has hired Christopher Jürss as senior technical consultant with a focus on Asia.
Jurss has worked at the Bank of Thailand and ABB's Singapore office, and will now provide technical advice to NFS' bank and company clients in Asia. His expertise lies in developing and installing complex treasury systems. And, through his experience, he has an awareness of the unique technology challenges that Asian corporations face.
Commenting on his appointment, Jürss said: "NFS clearly has a global outlook and an excellent reputation for its professionalism throughout the thirty countries it operates in. I am excited to assist NFS in realising its goals in relation to the Asian markets and continue to build its presence and expertise within the corporate treasury industry at large."
The company's chief executive officer, Magnus Lind, says Jurss has proven his ability on some of the world's most complex treasury projects. "We are delighted he will now be working to assist our clients to maximize the value of their technology investment. His experience will undoubtedly play a key role in advancing NFS' business objectives, particularly within the Asian market."
