Mark Broadley has joined Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels - whose key brand is Peninsula - as its new CFO and finance director.
Broadley will start next month and succeed Mark Rhys. He joins from NM Rothschild where he was a managing director, corporate finance. He joined Rothschilds in 2001. Prior to that he was with HSBC Investment Bank for 11 years in Hong Kong.
HSH chief executive, Clement Kwok notes: "Mark Broadley's expertise in corporate finance and his knowledge of the hotel and property sectors will be of great value to the company as it implements its expansion and redevelopment plans."
