How long have you been in Hong Kong?

The bank started here in 1935. I moved here in 1984. So I have been here for 17 years.

And you've been in this building since when?

Since 1982. We built it. When we moved here the only building that you can see now was that beige Cable & Wirless one, and the China Resources building.
