Gloria Wang will shift to Nomura from Calyon, taking on the post of director of enterprise solutions group, debt capital markets, Asia-Pacific. Wang will be based in Hong Kong and assume responsibility for the development and execution of Nomura's regional enterprise solutions strategy, directing its efforts in helping clients manage liability related risks and returns, largely through derivative transactions.
In the newly created role, which Nomura describes as corresponding with its global derivatives strategy within DCM, Wang will report to John Keith, regional head of debt capital markets, Asia-Pacific.
At Calyon, Wang was director of markets covering interest rates, currencies and commodities. In total, she brings over 10 years of experience in the DCM and derivatives market to Nomura.
