Traditional sectors such as real estate or energy were back on top for Asian IPOs last month. Four out of the 10 top IPOs in Asia came from traditional businesses rather than technology or healthcare.
Eagle Hospitality Trust and ARA US Hospitality Trust were the two largest IPOs, and both of them listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Top 10 IPOs in terms of deal size in May
Although its $677 million deal size topped the list, the performance of Eagle Hospitality Trust has not been so impressive. Its shares have fallen about 10% since its debut in May.
The stock prices of Yixin Energy and Haitong Unitrust have flatlined since their debut in May.
