Boer Power Holdings: The Hong Kong-based electrical equipment and distribution systems services provider appointed Huang Liang chief financial officer on November 30. He was previously the company’s joint CFO along with To Kwong Yeung who resigned on the same day. Kwok Yuk Chun was also appointed financial controller on the same day. She has more than 15 years of accounting, auditing and corporate restructuring experience and holds a bachelor in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Chengdu Putian Telecommunications Cable Company: Yu Qian was appointed chief financial controller of the China-based telecommunications cable manufacturing company on November 29. She replaced Xu Biao who resigned on the same day. Yu holds a masters degree from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
CIG Yangtze Ports: The Hong Kong-based port construction and operation company appointed Siu Hin Leung CFO on November 30. He replaced Cheung Chi Leung who resigned on the same day. Siu holds a bachelor degree in accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong and is a member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Pacific Century Premium Developments: Lam Yu Yee, deputy chief executive and executive director of the Hong Kong-based property developer and manager, was appointed CFO on November 29. He replaced Hui Hon Ying who resigned on the same day.
Reyphon Agriceutical: The China-based pharmaceutical ingredients producer appointed Xiang Zhijing group finance manager on December 1. She replaced Phang Kong Juan who resigned the day before. Xiang joined the company in July this year as the investor relations manager from Sinomem Technology where she was the group accountant for almost two years.
Scorpio East Holdings: Teo Chee Shi was appointed CFO of the Singapore-based home entertainment video programme distributor on November 28. He replaced Lim Kien Nam who resigned as financial controller at the beginning of October this year and assumed his responsibilities from finance manager Malcom Chew. Teo joined the company from Gain City Best Electric where he was a senior compliance manager on contract. He was previously group financial controller of TransEurokars for more than three years.
