China Auto Electronics Group: The China-based automobile electrical and electronics distribution system manufacturer announced the appointment of Cheong How Onn as chief financial officer on June 15. He joined the company from Babywell International where he was director and CFO for more than three years.
China Sky Chemical Fibre: Lai Wai Hing will be appointed financial controller of the China-based nylon manufacturer on July 12. He will join the company from Pico International where he has been corporate tax and accounting manager for more than four years. In his new role he will be responsible for company finance and accounting, result reporting and budgeting.
Greens Holdings: The Hong Kong-based heat transfer products and solutions manufacturer appointed Matthew Crewe CFO on June 13. He has 14 years of finance and accounting experience in the industrial products and construction sectors. In addition, he holds a bachelor degree in business communication from the University of Teesside and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Sound Global: Yu Man To was appointed CFO of the Singapore-listed provider of water and wastewater treatment services in China on June 21. He replaced Choo Beng Lor who resigned at the beginning of this year. Yu joined the company from Wai Chun Mining Industry Group where he was CFO for almost 18 months. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a certified public accountant in Australia.
Spindex Industries: The Singapore-based mechanical and electrical engineering materials manufacturer appointed Andrew Orr financial controller on June 16. He replaced Loh Chun Shen who resigned at the end of May. Orr joined the company from Thong Siek Food Industry where he was financial controller for three-and-a-half years.
