Tsu is responsible for financial and accounting matters. The Taiwanese tester of electronic components was founded in 1998 and is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Guangzhao Industrial Forest Biotechnology: Appointed Koo Seck Chong CFO of the company on June 22. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for all financial and accounting functions. Prior to his appointment, Koo was financial controller and vice-president of LHT Holdings. He has also worked in finance roles at Sino Jiangnan International and Millward Brown. Shanghai-based, but Singapore-listed, Guangzhao Industrial Forest Biotechnology specialises in tissue culture and the propagation of plantlets and saplings. Its best-known product is the Guangzhao Fast-Growing Poplar.
Le Saunda: Announced the resignation of CFO, qualified accountant, company secretary and authorised representative Kenneth Tai Chung Wong on June 21. According to a company statement, he left to pursue other career opportunities. Le Saunda, a footwear retailer in China and Hong Kong, is in the process of finding a replacement.
Manufacturing Integration Technology: Promoted Tan Ban Hee to CFO from group financial controller on June 23. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of the company's accounting, financial management, internal controls, risk management, statutory compliance and financial reporting of the group. He has been with the company since February 2006 and has also held senior financial positions at SL International. Manufacturing Integration Technology provides integrated automation solutions to the global semiconductor industry.
SinoMedia: Announced interim CFO Derek Chan Oi Nin was appointed CFO on June 24. Last month, the qualified accountant and company secretary temporarily assumed the role after the resignation of Xu Songzhen. Nin has more than 15 years of financial management experience and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his bachelors degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and masters of business administration from Monash University. SinoMedia sells television advertising space in China.
Sunshine Holdings: Promoted Dong Lingling general manager of the finance department responsible for all of the company's accounting activities on June 15. He originally joined the company as finance manager in May 1996 and has an accounting degree from Henan Caijin University. Sunshine is a real estate developer in China's Henan province.
Value Partners: Will promote CFO Tse Wai Ming to deputy chief executive as part of a larger management reshuffle on July 1. He will retain all of his existing duties.
