Ed King, who jumped ship from Morgan Stanley to Barclays Capital in June, will head M&A for the British investment bank, while Jason Rynbeck will become vice-chairman.
A spokesperson at Morgan Stanley confirms that Ed King will be leaving the firm and says he will be succeeded by Samuel Kim and Peter Ding, who have been appointed co-heads of M&A for Asia-Pacific.
